These Terms of Service apply to the iOS game GotA: Swift Legends, published under the brand GARIO GAMES. GARIO GAMES is an unregistered brand name represented by Gabriel Dierks, based in Germany.

Use of the Game
You may use GotA: Swift Legends for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to misuse the game, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to related systems, or use the game in a way that violates applicable law.
Age Rating
GotA: Swift Legends has a 9+ age rating on the Apple App Store. If you are under the age required to accept these terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.
In-App Purchases
GotA: Swift Legends may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable payment, refund, and store terms. We do not process payment card details directly.
No Advertising
GotA: Swift Legends does not contain third-party advertising.
Analytics and Privacy

Game Changes and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game, including features, content, balance, or services. We aim to keep the game available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

GotA: Swift Legends, including its game content, artwork, names, logos, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to GARIO GAMES and Gabriel Dierks. These terms do not transfer ownership of the game or its content to you.
Disclaimer and Liability
The game is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not required by law and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.
